Terms & Condition:
- Please note there is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial advance deposit amount as specified for tour package.
- No refund will be made for any unused transportation segments, sightseeing tours, hotel accommodation, tour date / accommodation change etc. incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour or any other service due to natural calamities, road blocks, landslides, bad weather, health issue, ill health, strike, political closures, technical faults, flight & train cancelation or any other factor beyond our control all extra costs will be borne by clients only. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Company and its associates (Guides / Reps / Drivers / Transporters / Hotels) will not be liable to pay any kind of compensation, travel insurances, damages, claims etc. arising because of any kind of illness, mishaps, accidents or other unavoidable factors during the trip or any adventure sports activities like River Rafting / Paragliding / Skiing / High & Low Altitude Travelling / Trekking / Hiking etc.
- Please note the name of hotels mentioned above only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotels. In case of any unavailability of mentioned hotels / rooms category issue at the time of booking confirmation we will book alternate hotels / rooms category at a similar or next best available hotels / rooms and shall pass on the difference of extra cost supplement whatever applicable.
- It is clear understanding between either parties that any loss arising on account of accommodation cancellation / flight / train / air / bus tickets booked by the clients either through on his / her own or through a third party, the company shall not be liable for such losses or additional expense or consequential loss suffered by the clients.
- In case on any amendment in local Indian government taxes / fuel hike before tour package start’s company reserve the right to increase the package cost accordingly.
- All extra expenses and supplements for the items not included with meal & accommodation at all hotels will be on direct payment basis by the guest before check-out.
- It is mandatory to carry every ones Government recognized photo identity card for the hotels check-in formalities (Passport / Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID card).The hotel reserves the right of admission.
- Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of hotel check-in. Company will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
- Vehicle mostly will be not at disposal and will be provided as per mentioned day by day tour program only.
- Any changes you may choose to make during your mentioned tour days / dates are neither adjustable nor refundable. It will be on extra applicable charges on the spot.
- The booking will be accepted on the understanding that you have read and understood all the points mentioned here.
- For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products including tour package by the company and third party products and tours, the applicable law shall be the law of India. Courts in Shimla shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any kind of dispute.
Meal Menu :
The every day’s hotel fixed menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast / dinner. We cannot process a special meal nor do we guarantee the special meal to the customer. In the event that a tour participant wakes up / sleeps late and misses the breakfast / dinner offered to him and in the event that the tour participant is out on his own and reaches late and misses breakfast / dinner, then no claim can be made by the company for the meal which he has missed and not utilized.
Reservations and Payments:
Reservations can be only done by advising us your acceptance of the package tour and intimating us with travel dates. All services will be kept on confirmed basis on receipt of 50% advance token payments only.
Refund Policy:
The deposited payment is non-refundable, but if you intimate the company before 15 days of cancellation of your tour package booking then it can be adjusted in your next future tour dates. “And if you don’t have any future plans, you won’t get any refund.”
Tour Package / Service Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation is calculated on total tour package / services cost not on first installment or advance token amount. In case of cancellation of tour package / services by the guest at his own end, cancellation charges would be effective as per below:
- 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total tour / service cost.
- 07 days prior to arrival – NO REFUNDS
